Gasthof Lamm in Geiselwind

For me it has been a recurring pleasure to eat there for over 40 years. Best quality on your plate at a more than fair price. We are looking forward to the next time.

The inn is our overnight accommodation twice a year. Truck parking a few minutes' walk down on the outskirts. Even in the evening at 10 there was still something warm from the kitchen. Super nice from the hosts! The rooms are clean and large. You can also simply call spontaneously for a booking.

Great food, good service, just great.

For decades an integral part of every south-north / north-south trip. Very good food and drink. a. Franconian specialties, everything fresh + prepared with love with local food + self-slaughtered + processed meat products (available to take away from the in-house butcher's shop) Nice, cozy, newly renovated rooms-very clean-, great breakfast but most importantly: Host with heart + passion for the gastro profession. Monika + Benedikt + team are ALWAYS worth a visit / stay. Highly recommended with a clear conscience 🍂🧡🍂

A good, normal hotel for a 1-day overnight stay. However, there was a lack of information from reception, e.g. Breakfast times. Furthermore, as already included in the hotel name, you could feel a sausage smell everywhere and in the room it smelled like in the stable. Breakfast was completely okay, but since there is a butcher's shop in the same building, you could ask the guests in advance which sausage they would like to eat before they have to throw away the sausage pointlessly.

The food was good, the room furnishings were okay. Lamp should definitely be replaced in room 106. Staff could be friendlier.

After a long day at work harvesting hemp in the field, we were hungry and spontaneously ordered something to eat around the corner to take away based on the recommendation of our host Günter Weiglein. We picked up the food including three roulades about 25 minutes later and I was extremely satisfied with my Bavarian dumpling, which was really tasty and the roulade was also the portion for good athletes, see picture. In addition, the really cheap price for 1 1/2 roulades plus side dishes around 16 euros. I was satisfied and would come again, but then maybe with a table on the terrace and as real guests.

Had a super pleasant stay as a family with many children. Staff super nice and courteous. Food very tasty. Family room chic and very nice bathroom. We will be back. LG

Nice inn with friendly wait staff. Wide variety of food. From Franconian classics to salad plates to snacks and rump steaks, there is something for everyone. Portions are more than satisfactory. Price and performance are absolutely the same! The in-house butcher's shop is also worth a visit! Excellent meat products are offered here. Clear recommendation!

Great accommodation, great economy, super delicious food and the very best staff. We felt very comfortable with you and would be happy to come back.

I have never experienced anything like it. The sheer horror. The service staff should stock up on paper and pens. An order was not only forgotten once or only halfway delivered. Capable of zero criticism. We might have been able to cope with that. But at five in the morning we were standing upright in bed. Then the struggle for survival of the pigs began, which were slaughtered directly under our open window. There is an unbearable smell all over the house. We left a day earlier. Unfortunately no reaction from the staff .. We are very disappointed and unfortunately I have to give 1 star 🌟 - (0 is not possible) that is for the bathroom. That was the only thing that was nice ...

First time in the weekend that was good, but now from Sunday to Monday night, bad service, in the middle of the night screams of pigs being slaughtered, NEVER AGAIN, horror night

Waiting time for the large salad plate with prawn skewers inappropriately long. Prawn skewers were very leathery and fried badly dry. Salad selection okay. Leaf lettuce unfortunately sandy. Service tried hard.

Nice clean room. A la carte restaurant was good with nice choice. They have theur iwn butcherry, always nice and fresh meat

Overnight on our way to Romania, nice little village

Helpful, friendly staff, clean basic rooms. Everything was fine with breakfast. All in all, I left with a pleasant mouthwash.

Good place if you are travelling with family and pets. Spacious rooms (ours was bit humid). Good selection for breakfast.

We stayed two days during the Street Mag show, was a lovely place to stay, clean, down to earth. Friendly staff and a great traditional restaurant and kitchen. And don't forget to take some pfefferbeisser sausages with you to snack on during your journey..unforgettable!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
